Lol be in blissful ignorance. I have made so many gaffs with food, thinking something was healthy and then finding out the complete opposite. My fave tesco quickies are light choices salmon and broccoli pie and light choices chicken in tomato and basil sauce - both free on a red day yay! I am still trying to work out how the salmon and broc pie is syn free as its got a potato top, but who am I to argue lol.

    Hi everyone

Sorry not to have posted for a while. Well done everyone on losses so far and maintains/small gains in difficult times.

I got caught out without lunch today so went to Morrisons. Has anyone had the jacket potato with cheese and beans? It comes with salad (lovely), and coleslaw, and crisps............. and another jacket poato with cheese and beans!!! There's no way I could eat it all, and I'm not sure I could have even before SW. I could have done with just one spud, less extras and half the bill!

    Anyway, take care everyone

    Well...

I headed to this thread thinking 'I'm going to confess my syns as I've been good all week...' when the first thing I saw was my post from last night saying it all went Pete Tong yesterday. Oops! :o My memory is worse than I thought then!

    Started off okay...

    2x weetabix (b) and skimmed milk (a)

    banana
    6 ryvita crackerbread (b)
2 laughing cow triangles (bit of an 'a' - all I had in the fridge)
    mullerlight
    kiwi
    pear

    All fine so far eh?

Then I couldn't be bothered making what I had planned for dinner as my new digital camera was on the doorstep  when I got home from work and I've been playing with that.

So I made a salad (okay), new potatoes in quark and chives (okay) and a little bit of half fat cheddar (a) but I didn't have even 1/2 an (a) at lunchtime so that probably made 1 whole one IYSWIM

then it goes a bit (b) crazy. Had a bit of chicken (b) out of a packet (not much to be fair).

Then I had a light alpen bar (b).

Then my jaffa cakes. (4 syns)

But I'm feeling a bit reckless tonight and feel like I could easily get the munchies! And I don't want fruit or yogurt but I certainly can't have any more (b)'s.

Maybe I'll just sit around naked all evening. That'll put me off eating anything else...
