Hmmmm I may have been in grazing mode

That was a good red day though. I'm hopeless on red days as I don't eat enough meat. I only ate chicken today as I couldn't be bothered cooking anything :o

I reckon you could count the chicken and alpen as 1 HEB then, which is 6 syns :D

And no talking to me about fruit please, I have just scoffed half an over ripe pineapple and made my tongue sore, that'll teach me :D

Ooh thanks, a get out clause! Only 10 syns today then :j

See, fruit's not all good! I'm not risking eating anything that will possibly interfere with my jaffa cake consumption... ;)

I've been playing with my new camera and I haven't thought about eating anything naughty all night :A

I spend my whole life in grazing mode........ :D

Welllllllllllllll, I've lost 3 pounds :D , so 10 in total. I don't like to give myself weekly targets normally, but I'm going to try for 2 pounds next week and then 2 pounds the week after to hit the stone mark.

Amazingly I have managed to lose another 1lb this week:j

It must be all the walking and stair climbing I am doing at work:confused:

Having said that I havent been snacking "much" this week and I have been filling up on my main meal portions.

    Must be doing something right:rotfl:
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    nice one Louise J :)

I can definitely see a difference - particularly around my waist - which is where things start to change first. I've a skirt I wear with a side zip and button, I used to really strugglet to get it done up and last night I pulled the edges together to do up the button and there was a couple of inches overlap! I also tried on a skirt I bought just before Christmas. It was never 'tight' as Ialways buy them a bit big so I can wear them on my hips. I've only worn it once (whoops) but I know when I wore it I wasn't able to get it on over my hips and stomach with the zip/button done up!!

OK I had to suck it all in a bit, but it still did it!

I'm going to be starting an ebay clothing pile soon I hope.:D
