Brilliant idea - count me in as i have a couple of stone to loose before august holiday - or else wear a kaftan all the time!!
used to do the Slimming World ages ago as it was the only diet that suited vegetarians
at work we have decided to do a bring a buy (well more of a bring and take) so everyones can bring in the clothes they can no longer get into and just take what you fnacy in your size - that should tie me over when the pounds start falling off and i only need that size for a few weeks - or is that just wishful thinking - I have heard of girls only evenings where you all swap clothes just adda bottle or two of wine and away you go!0 -

Hurraaay.....sickness over, hastily re-arranged shifts (to cover up the fact that I was off work sick
) all completed, and I can finally catch up with you all - well done to those that have lost - I will sit down once the kids are in bed and update the spreadsheet.
I've lost 3lbs :j not sure how much of that was down to the diet and how much was due to the sickness, but midweek I had actually put 2lbs on (party food ), so I'm really pleased, although the vomiting was NOT my diet of choice!!
Struggling a bit to get back on the diet because I can't face a lot of foods yet, including most fruit and veg, and pasta...how annoying. I've eaten a few things I shouldn't today, but I've had a lovely healthy dinner (bit early but that's what kids do for you ) of chicken, carrots, boiled potatoes and a little bit of the weakest gravy you have ever seen (courtesy of masterchef Stu), and will be back on track properly tomorrow.
Lucy, fingers crossed - I LOVE Gok!!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

(I will just double check I've got that right - hang on a sec)
Edit - oh actually, it's about half way down on the left, between the bankruptcy sub-board and the main board - if I'm not making sense, please forgive me, I often don't. :rotfl: Just shout up if you can't find it though and someone else will point you in the right direction."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
