Day from hell...
Couldn't find any shoes to wear to the wedding on Saturday. :mad: I did buy new underwear and earrings but I don't think that'll be enough to keep people's attention from my bare feet/trainers. Had my hair done this afternoon so had to sit in the hairdressers for nearly 2 and a half hours (I hate having my hair messed with), looks okay tho.
B'fast - optivita and skimmed milk
banana
satsuma
lunch - pasta, tuna, sweetcorn, pepper, light mayo - don't know how much, my friend made it.
Dinner - shared 2 big bags of crisps and a chilli dip and a creamy dip with 3 other people. And a few prawns. I did drink water though and not wine like everyone else :A and I left before the pizza and garlic bread came out of the oven :A :A
I am going to have a cup of tea and a jaffa cake before I go to bed as I am quite depressed about today and need cheering up and I think a jaffa cake will help.
Why am I being so rubbish when I really wanted to lose an extra couple of lb this week? I haven't done any exercise either and just won't have time now.
Someone kick me please. Hard.

Hi iv not been around for a couple of days.I was on a course yesterday and forgot my packed lunch, this meant I had to buy a shop sandwhich.I tried to limit the damage but it was still heavy on my syns.
I did though run about a quarter of a mile to catch my train, walked up and down 78 stairs twice (yes I counted them) and resisted the bisciuts with the coffee because they came in packs of 3 and I knew if I had one I would have all three.
The course was hard going (child abuse) and I was with some really annoying proffessionals and was quite stressed, I admit I had chocolate when I got home.
Tonight was my weigh in and I lost 2lbs so that is the 2 I put on last week, but I dont feel any different, but I dont feel like im dieting.
Well im waffling I lost 2lbs and im ecstatic.
Well done everyone else who lost and thanks for keeping me on the straight and narrow.0 -

Well it's weigh in tonight... so I though I would get on the scales and see what the damage was.....
And I think I might have only put on a pound!!! Obviously I will weigh in tonight, but the figure was the same as it was the last time I went to class!!! So fingers crossed.
I have been very good the last 2 days though, it's hard work it is!! But worth it.
Emailed out the application form and photo (very scary ones!!) for How to Look Good Naked last night, so that should spur me on if nothing else does!!!

I have weigh in tonight, my scales are saying I have stayed the same or lost a lb, depending on where in the kitchen I put them grrrrrr. Dont even want to think about food, feel really queesy and last night I had the stomach pains from hell, think my IBS wasnt keen on all that meat lol. I have managed a coffee, a banana and 2 weetabix with 250ml semi skimmed milk. Now I just have an awful taste in my mouth lol.0

Hi everyone, Ive managed to get miself some SW books (Thanks btw), and I am looking at the recipies. So the week after next (Im away next week), gonna buy all the fresh ingredients for the food that looks nice in the books like chives and garlic cloves and have a crack at making some food :eek: . In the meantime, I have been relatively good eating wise and am now down to 79Kgs so Ive lost a couple of pounds. Are there any good links for further recipies?
