Helloooo! Spreadsheet all up to date I think - I've tried to read through everything I've missed, but if I've forgotten anyone, just pm me and I'll sort it out. :)

Welcome to the newcomers - a few people have popped in just to say hello, so I wasn't sure whether to add you or not. I've just added the people who specifically asked to join, so if you do want me to add you, and I haven't already done, just shout up and I'll stick you on there too. The more the merrier - we have lost over 100lbs between us now! :T

Hi Snaggles, you all better now?

Hiya Jinky, yes loads better now thanks - how's your OH, has he recovered? He didn't pass it on to you did he?

I'm doing quite well today (was REALLY bad last night - chocolate, nibbles, beer....:o....think my body was desperately trying to put back on what it has lost!) and so far have had:

Mullerlight blueberry yoghurt with Shreddies mixed in (HEB)
    Ryvita Minis (HEB)

Lunch is going to be vegetables done on the griddle pan with a bit of cous cous. Evening meal will probably be spag bol.

And I have found some apples that I actually REALLY want to eat (I quite like apples, but never tend to think 'oooh, I could just murder an apple', IYKWIM). They are from Morrisons, and I think the variety is 'Fiji'. They are red and quite sweet but really fresh and crunchy too.

Aww thanks hun, it only takes a couple of minutes to update really - it just took a while today because I hadn't kept up with it while I was ill, so had to read back through the thread for weight losses. It's been quite good for me though, because I had no idea how to do spreadsheets before now!

hi all - I'm having a red day today as I had shopping delivered and I made sure I put lots of meaty type stuff on the list.

    so far

    fruit n fibre - hob
    skimmed milk - hoa

2/3 packet ham - dog helped polish off the other 1/3 - bit for me, bit for him!

    'free' quiche
    cheese - hoa

    mini milk - 1.5 syns
400g low fat cottage cheese pineapple - 4 syns

I've got a SW quiche in the oven for the first time ever. I'm very tentative about it as I really detest quiche, but I'll give it a go. I know what I don't like about them, so I've tried to mask/change those aspects. See how I get on with it. I've lined a cereal bowl with a packet of turkey rashers and then done the egg/cottage cheese mix with hoa cheese and dried herbs.

Len - what kind of things do you like to eat hun? I could maybe give you a few ideas?
