Much better thank you hunny. I felt awful last night, had really bad chest pains, was breathless, even woke Stu up at 2am to ask him if I could be having a heart attack. :o (sounds silly but things always seem more scary in the middle of the night)

Anyway, this morning it seems like the chest pain was pulled muscles from the throwing up, and the breathlessness was just down to me feeling really faint because of the lack of food.....hmmmm, feel a bit dozy now!

Stu was really sweet though, he didn't laugh at me once! :A

    How are you today? :)

ooooooooh, that's scary - and no, it isn't funny at all - this afternoon I had funny twinging sensations in my left arm and thought.......hhmmm, heart attack??!!!

I'm ok - bit tired to be honest. I'm watching a wasp on the window and hoping it learns to find the open window before it finds its way over to me!

hi - HEA is Healthy Extra 'A' and HEB is Healthy Extra 'B'. HEA's are cheese and milk and HEB's are things like crispbreads, bread, cereals, meat if you are doing a Green day and pasta, beans, pulses if youare doing a Red (Original) Day.

You might also see them as HOA and HOB - Healthy Option A and Healthy Option B.

Hi Keren thank you so much I must appear real thick. I have never come across them as abbreviated before, I am almost afraid to tell you I was once a S/W consultant but that was 14 years ago, so I think I could make the excuse that things do change from time to time LOL.

hey, don't worry about what you ask or say on here!!

I'd never seen it before starting (again) this time - there's a 'big' SW thread on MSE and they use the abbreviations on there so it's kind of migrated to this thread :)
