Morning all
Can I have some help please?
Work are taking us out for a curry today, what can I have? Not decided if I'm green or red yet so open to any suggestions.
Thought I would mess up yesterday as I was meeting a friend for lunch and then a friend was taking me out for dinner, but I ended up having a prawn salad and fruitbox for lunch, and mozarella and tomato salad and salmon and salad for dinner. My only downfall was a scoop of icecream :eek: but all in all I thought I did well.
Any help on the curry issue?Long haulers supporters DFW #109NR Loan #1 - £2951.18 Nov 08/0 -
I normally have a green day if I know I am having a curry. Plain Rice is free on a green day (4 syns per 28g cooked on red!) and a veggie curry is 9 syns.
Just avoid Nann bread as it's 20 syns!!!Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
Thanks Lucy, green it is so I can have plenty of rice

Good I actually managed to stay the same last night, which was cool and my class leader was very proud of!! (considering I rang him in tears the other day!)
Just planning a lose next week.
How about you? I think one scoop of ice cream is very impressive (i can eat a whole tub!)Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -

I would opt for a veggie style curry too...or mushroom curry or something like that! With plain boiled rice! Mmmmmm I am hungry now!:j 'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' - DFW Nerd member 866 :j0
