    Ok.

I have had some massive words with myself last night. I realised that I have only been playing at losing weight. I want to do it, but I can't be bothered with all the hard work .

    Which has to stop.

And it does today. I apologise for messing everyone around.

    So food for today:

    Breakfast - 2 weetabix with 350ml skimmed milk + sweetner (HE A + B)

    Snack - Banana and apple

Lunch - hm SW quiche (bacon, mushrooms, pepper, onion, tomato and cheese) followed by a free yogurt (HE A)

Snack - Aplen lite bar (3 syns)

Dinner - Chicken salad with new potatoes (HE B)

    Snack loads of free fruit.

    So how does that sound?

Cheers I have really sat down and thought about it and realised that I need to stop playing at things and get serious about it all.

I did so well last time and I can and will do it again, I just needed to make sure my head was in the right place and actually count my syns!!!

But doing good so far!! My really danger area is when I get home from work! So I will keep busy and eat loads of free food.

I need a straight week to get back into it properly without letting myself fall off the wagon yet again.

Hi louisej how are you doing, you know, you me and girlie should meet up and have a catchup, it would be great to meet you in person:D . what do you reckon, and you Girlie what do you reckon. we could swap recipes or something:rotfl:. as we all know when you are dieting there is no other topic of conversation than food:rotfl:

Hiya, I'm all for meeting up. I live a very quiet life you know!!! His visit wasn't too bad last nite - he brought me flowers (again!!). Making me feel uncomfortable but it's better than him being in major strop. Stayed calm and didn't stress too much. Didn't reach for biscuit tin but made HUGH pile of quorn and sweetcorn pasta after he'd gone and baby was fast asleep.

Yesterday foodwise, did good. Breakfast was fruit and mullerlight. Lunch was a packet of pasta'n'sauce followed by more fruit. Silly amount of pasta last night too. HE was 2 Alpine light bars (1 mid morning and 1 mid afternoon) and then 2 slices of garlic toast (wholemeal bread rubbed with cut garlic cloves) with pasta. Then, had even more fruit.

Having red day today - got some lovely trout (asda Whoopsie!!). Baby hasn't had it before so guess what he'll be having for his dinner tomorrow. Could be interesting - better warn grandma!
