You can make your own, if you are prepared to use your syns or HEB, allowance.
4x slices of nimble 2x heb
from your free allowance, salad, lettuce toms, cucumber and spring onion, chicken and bacon, all lean and cooked. Could use a tbsp of hellmans extra light 1.5 syns per level tbsp, and the kraft fat free french dressing. free.
layer it all up adding dressing as required.
Total syns on a red day 3, if using 2 tbsps of extra light hellmans.

    Cheers everyone.
Keren, may i just add that you are an inspiration to me on my diet journey. Your recipes are fab, and i am really enjoying trying out some of the quorn ones. I may not post on here a lot, but be assured if it wasnt for everyone here, i certainly would have not lost that pound.
I'm going now before i get all mushy.

Completely agree with Bob....Keren you're a star! It will almost definitely be because of star week hun, you've been doing really well and your recipes make me almost hungry enough to actually cook something edible! :T

Zero loss for me this week, disappointed at a maintain to be honest as I've been so good, but it is 'star' week for me, which I'm going to blame it on!!

You can hold up to 4lbs of extra fluid on a star week (or some people do on the week before), so don't worry about any gain, just stick to the plan, drink extra water and it'll drop straight off again.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!
