Hey folks
went shopping in my local lidl the other day and noticed that they do their own version of laughing cow - does it count the same as the normal one?
I've not been going to my class since before xmas but still follow the diet although not as religously as others.
Also does Lidl cow taste the same?Official DFW nerd no 551 - proud to be dealing with my debts

Hi everyone,
seeing some familiar names here
Have ended my first day and had:-
- Oatso Simple,
- Apple, Grapes,
- Homemade Tomato soup (was good and didn't do the pitta breads), Muller light yoghurt,
- Snack-a-Jacks (I think they are 2.5 sins?)
- Rice cooked with peas, cashew nuts, peppers, onions, cranberries and some salmon
- Banana
AND loads of water!!
Also done a 3 mile run and not tempted to run for the biscuit barrel.
Not 100% sure I'm doing it right yet, I bought the SW magazine tonight for a few ideas and I think my only sin is the Snack a Jack as I can use the Salmon as a healthy extra
Just need to plan my meal for tomorrow. Thinking Jacket Potato, Prawns and a salad - is that all free on a green day too?Long haulers supporters DFW #109NR Loan #1 - £2951.18 Nov 08/0 -
Hi Jelly Babies,
the prawns would have to be counted as a HOB and youre allowed 142g of them which is an awful lot.
well done for today, you did well, it is really difficult if you havnt got the books but thats what we are here for.DFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0 -
Hello peeps! Have just got back from a couple of days away at Centre Parks...me and DD really didn't want to come home! As I was staying with others (boyf's family invited us down and everyone paid for everything!) I was really able to stick to the plan but tried my best. E.g didn't scoff myself silly and stuck to mail meals etc so hoping damage is minimal! Gonna make sure I am really good for the rest of the week and drink lots of water especially as is that lovely time of the month again! Was chuffed as didn't have any naughty snacks etc and have 3 days till weigh in so lets see what I can do! Hope everyone is ok, will be back here tomorrow evening after work....I sooooo don't want to go to work tomorrow as I am shattered! Oh well, needs must! Nighty night all! xxx:j 'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' - DFW Nerd member 866 :j0
