Really bad weekend!! Pigged out, spent to much...

Back into it all again today. Do feel really sick and was throwing up at 2 am this morning... which may help with the weight loss!!!

    Morning everyone :)

lenny - hope I was able to help :) Good luck with the phone call. Remember, all Consultants were (and in my case still am!) a member and we know exactly how you are feeling right now :)

northern lass - don't worry too much about your weigh in this week - you've been doing really well so far and this is just one week where you might not get the result you want to see. You had a great weekend though :D Next week WILL be better!!!! Looking at what you're having for brekkie and tea to day it seems like you're making a good start to the week :T

lucy - sorry you're not feeling well :( hope you're feeling better

    Have a good day everyone

Hi everyone, please can I join in? I have weighed myself this morning and the pounds have appeared to have crept on, not weighed myself since Jan but all my clothes (esp jeans) are feeling a bit tight and the scales confirmed it

Ideally would like to lose a stone to be at best weight, have not exercised over last 3 weeks either and so going to go for a run tonight.

Not got a menu plan at the moment, but will stick with green most days as DH is a veggie and so it's the easiest option. I'm about to go and make my oatso simple and then have a homemade tomato soup with pitta bread for lunch and a low fat yoghurt. Pasta and sauce for tea. Does this sound about right for a green day?

Looking forward to becoming less with you all :D

Hi Jelly Babies and welcome :T
Your menu sounds pretty good to me. The only thing I would be a bit  about would be the pitta bread as it's not a HE so you'd need to count it as syns (about 9 syns per pitta)!

Thank you, they are the very tiny pitta breads from Tescos, as I have only embarked on this today I will go and read a mgazine my friend has to wise up on it all. She is an online member as well so I'm going to download some stuff from there to read.
