That's not too bad at all...
Jelly babies, did you know you can download 7 day sample menus from the site? They're really useful for when you're first starting the plan because it's all laid out for you until you've got the hang of it - I always suggest my new members have a look at themThe magazine is also fantastic and there are sample menus and loads of recipes in there too

Hi, Was going to do the plan tonight and then shop accordingly. Only thing is we have a wedding and are away over the weekend so will have to try and stick to the guidelines rather than a specific plan for those days. Feel thinner already! Do teas count? I have green tea.Long haulers supporters DFW #109NR Loan #1 - £2951.18 Nov 08/0 -
Tea is free you just need to syn or use your healthy extras for the milk.0

I need a little bit of help!!
I am really struggling, I have had a really bad weekend food wise and I can't seem to stop myself eating junk and things I shouldn't.
I'm feeling like poo having been up in the night being sick and still feel rough. I have just forced down a jacket spud with tuna, but think it may have been a bad move _pale_
But my problem is this:
I have eaten junk all weekend, which has given me the taste  I can't go to weigh in on Thursday as I have an 'away' day with work and I wont be able to control that day food wise at all. So I am freaking out about that, I've just spoken to my class consultant who has said not to panic and to get back on it tomorrow, but I'm not sure how I can do this!!!
I feel really sick, so I'm not into eating, and then only if I really fancy something, hence the jacket and tuna (still bad move!).
Can anyone help me!!!
I love green days, but it's trying to fine something that isn't going to make me ill.
And any tips for getting back into it, calming down and getting off the weight I may have put on???
I just want to cry really.Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
ooooh, Lucy. please don't cry
Is there another group nearby you could weigh in at the day before or after your away day? You can weigh in at any group you like if you can't make your normal one.
Don't think about Thursday - you can't control it until you get there - and it might not be as bad as you think - so I would say concentrate on just today to start with and let Thursday take care of itself when you get there.
My food list for today:
mullerlight
banana x 3
skimmed milk
pasta n sauce.
crisps - 6 syns
cous cous
beetroot
kinder bueno - 12 syns (whoops)
I had a hunt through my wardrobe and I've found a very lightweight plain v-necked jumper I'd forgotten that I'd bought about 3 months ago in the sales. It felt a bit tight around the hips but I bought it anyway! (whoops)
Anyway, I think I can get away with wearing it, it's partly feeling a bit self conscious about it 'skimming' the hips a bit, but to be honest it's probably in my own mind!! not sure if it fitted when I bought it or I've lost an inch or so all over for it to look 'wearble'.
So, I've got a second lightweight top for work. I could do with 2 more as my suede jacket and winter jumper are too, too thick now but I'm a good stone away from my next clothing fitting.
I'm scouring ebay for bargains. I might buy just 1 blouse in my current size as cheap as possible and keep my fingers crossed it fits and it looks ok."Stay Wonky":D
