cheers Lucy - like I say, it may be psychological that I 'want' it to fit so it now looks better than it did when I tried it on in the shop, but I guess the proof will be in the weigh-in tomorrow to see if I've lost any more weight so I might actually be an inch or so smaller!

have you any 'free' soup or ingredients you could make one quickly?

Helloooo.....sorry, I haven't abandoned you, working extra hours this week to make up for the shift I missed last week when Natasha fractured her leg (not sure if creche will take her tomorrow.....yikes!!....got to take her in for a 'risk assessment' and then they will decide...). Plus I'm doing a course about autism, and trying to get Ryan back on an even keel because he is going through a very bad patch with his Aspergers syndrome, and trying to sort out the jungle of a garden so the kids can play out, oh and it's Natasha's birthday on Friday so I've been sorting out a little birthday party for her.....I'm knaackered!

Weigh-in tomorrow and I've almost stuck to it but have gone over my syn allowance a couple of times because I've had to grab something to eat in a hurry, or while we've been out. So I hope I will have at least stayed the same - will be gutted if I've gained weight.

Sigh....off to work in 5 minutes and wont be back home till nearly midnight....no rest for the wicked. :D

Will scroll through and update the spreadsheet either tonight when I come in, or if not it might be Wed/Thur, but I WILL get it up to date by the end of the week....lol!!!

    Have a good evening

Right, I havent had time to eat properly, someone give me a kick in the pants!!!

I had my breakfast at lunchtime - 2 weetabix with 250ml semi skimmed. Then when I was desperate for food I didnt have time to eat and got way past hungry. Bought some reduced sausage rolls for the kids (20p for 6) and had no intentions of eating them, but when giving them to the kids I thought oh sod it and ate one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Argh! 9.5 syns, so not completely messed it up but I am glad I checked as I have a bag of minstrels sat in front of me - 10.5 syns  Needless to say they are staying where they are. Must plan better, I have no idea what I am having for my dinner :o *sigh*

Not started the SW thingy yet but today I had 100ml of FF milk on my cereal (cheerios and alpen) glass of fruit juice. 1.5 litres of water and cordial throughout the day, 2 mini boxes of raisins and an apple for lunch. Got home had coffee with half a sugar (usually have 1 sugar) then I had a couple of biscuits. Having a very small portion of frozen chinese from last weekend. So for me another canny day oh and I went for a run at 0600 this morning as well, nice and slow. Still being outbid on ebay for the starter pack they seem to be all going for about £18!! Will keep trying and if nothing by Fri I shall bite the bullet and phone 'mi local consultant. Hey Mrs S hope the course is going ok.

OK peoples. I need to join in here if you'll all have me? I'm thinking about going along for a weigh in one week to get the packa nd then joining in here for the support. I've heard nothing at all re the Scans i had at hospital so am taking no news as good news and getting back into exercise too.
I have just over a stone to loose and a whooooole load of toning up to do. i'll also be working it on a vegetarian diet and in the magazine it appears to be alot of chicken and fish etc so any advice re us vegetables would be great and muchos appreciados!!!

Welcome to the group, lots of people doing green days which will be just up your street. Highly recommend getting the pack, it tells you everything you need to know. Let Snaggles know what you want putting on the spreadsheet. Heres to lots of great days and lots of loss
