Welcome Pania
I'll add you to our spreadsheet when I update it hun - don't worry, it's a perfect diet for vegetarians, I do very few red days, mainly green days, and fruit, veg, pasta, rice, quorn are free, so it's really pretty easy.
Keren, thanks very much hun, I've got a shift to do at work tomorrow and then I can relax a bit, although the health visitor is coming on Thursday (yikes, must clean up!) and it's Natasha's birthday on Friday, then back to work Saturday. It's nice to be busy but I think I'm coming down with a cold or something. Hopefully it will just turn out to be a bit of hayfever though.
Hope everyone else is okay xxx"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

1 O' Briens chicken/bacon triple decker:o

Morning - 1lb loss for me this week -I'd lost 2lbs midweek so have put 1lb back on in the last couple of days but I felt crappy last night and ate a load of stuff that I shouldn't have done, so I suppose I should be happy with a 1lb loss.

Off to work in a bit but my legs feel like jelly and I'm covered in sunrash....boooooo!!
ps Does anyone know how many syns for a subway veggie delight sandwich?"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Zero loss for me this week, disappointed at a maintain to be honest as I've been so good, but it is 'star' week for me, which I'm going to blame it on!!
Onwards to next week and hope for a doubly good loss then.
Snaggles - it's 10.5 on either green or red for a Veggie Delite from Subway.

Ive been to class and I have put on 2lbs, well at least I know how it happened. It is my star week too and my rings are tight and my shoes so maybe have some water retention too.
I didnt mention what I did at the weekend, and I didnt stay either but that was because the baby still isnt well and I didnt think he would tolerate it.
Im drawing a line under my bad weekend, today I have had
Boiled egg, 2 nimble wholemeal (heB) with utterly butterly 1.5 syns
Lean bacon and tinned tomatoes with 2 nimble wholemeal and utterly butterly which is 6.5 syns.Banana and a packet of sunbites 6 syns.
I only have one syn left. For tea im planning chicken breast, huge salad and new potatoes from (heB).Il have a mullerlight if hungry.
Ive had 250ml S.s.milk for (heA) for use in tea, I probably wont have another heA as ive had nearly my syns allowance.0 -

BOB XXBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:0 -
Well done Bob.0
