I have had another good day I think

Breakfast 2 slices of Nimble toast with lemon jam + Banana

Lunch - leftover butternut squash risotto

Dinner - Chicken + Veg fajhitas (more veg than chicken)

Snacks - 2 slices smoked cheese, SW hummous with carrot sticks, snack size snickers bar:o 2 plums:D

I will not be having any wine tonight as I have ran out:rolleyes: ....Have also done loads of weeding in the garden so must have burned off some cals as I am knackered!!
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Lenny, my fella has just started jogging, and loves it. He doesnt do 'real' jogging, just round the living room on the Wii fit, but he's addicted. He does 30 minutes every morning.

Maybe I'll have to set my alarm a bit early and give it a go ;)
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches
Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Right I want some of this and although today I havent started I havent been too naughty today. I weighed myself after breakfast, cheerios, alpen and chopped up bannana with FF milk. I weighed myself before I went to the toilet and was 80.3 and when I came off I was 79.6. For lunch I had brown bread with chocolate spread and for tea I had chips, chicken, sweetcorn and a carrot, tomato and cucumber salad with a yoghurt for duff. For me that is less than what i normally eat so its a start. Ive been bidding ebay for the SW starter pack but dont really wanna bid more than £8. When i get them thats when i will start. I am going for runs (nice slow fat burning ones) in the morning before work. Its hard to get up at 0600 but you feel so much better for it.

Right, the idea isnt to eat less, but to eat more of the right things :D

SW starter pack - you can go to a group and get it for £9.50 as its on offer at the moment. Once you have the pack you arent obliged to go back so dont worry about having to go to a group each week.

Hi everyone, ive been hiding, ive been really bad.
Everything was going well then I went to a high school reunion on Saturday night and drunk my own body weight in wine.Got home at 4am, up at 7am to do a car boot sale didnt have breakfast had about 5 macdonalds fries and a bite of a chicken sandwhich.Threw up all day, felt a bit better and had a roast chicken dinner at mums followed by a slice of cheesecake.
Later on when the hangover calmed down I had 2 cheese sandwhiches (on nimble bread) a bag of sunlights and a tiny animal bar.
Ive blown it havnt I? I should have stayed at home.
Was also fed up as OH wasnt talking to me for staying out so late and getting so very pished.
Was good today but im really angry with myself.

Aw Shal, you havent blown it at all! You just need to draw a line under it and get back on tomorrow. Everyone has a blow out every now and then. Best thing is to have a flexi syn day, but you can plan that for next time :) Tomorrow you just aim for your usual HE, around about 10 syns and lots of superfree foods to give you a healthy boost. And no more talk to blowing it!!!

    Hey everyone,
Who is the consultant we can buy the books from?
I'd like a starter set and the curry cookbook as well

What about doing a couple of success express days to pull it back? I know its not everyones cup of tea but if you know how to do them then it might be worth it.
