I've just weighed in as well, and stayed the same this week :-( I had a few lapses at the end of the week which I didn't worry too much about as I knew I was walking 20 miles on Sat (final training for Moonwalk). However what I didn't bank on was the amount of food that I would need on the day psychologically to get me round that distance - including White Choc Magnum, Cheese and Tomato roll (on top of my 3 meals :eek:), dried fruits and nuts and Opal Fruits! Still, at least I didn't put on!

I managed to press gang the OH into going to the pub with me last night -the first time in almost a year he has gritted his teeth to be seen out with me in a bar.
anyway, I knew I'd go over my syns for the day, but I stuck to vodka and diet coke and had 4. Plus a bag of crisps to try to soak it up as I drink so little these days!
Anyway, I had left a braising steak chilli in the SC and when we got back I did some rice and had a really small plate of it (and only 1 b choice in meat, I weighed just 1 piece) so I'm really not fazed by going over yesterday.
Green day today, still unsure what to do for dinner though tonight - need to decide though as it wilhave to defrost!"Stay Wonky":D

Well Back to it today for me thought I'd post my food and drink ( and there lies the problem :rolleyes: )to keep me on the straight and narrow!!
Today I've had a cup of tea, bowl of porridge so far so good!!

I've not had anything yet, apart from a cup of tea.
The stupid thing is, I know I can do it. I lost 3 stone in 4 months last year doing SW, and never had a problem. I had a break for Christmas and am still trying to get back into it :mad:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Wow, that was some going Spud:T , I think my problem is I get too easily distracted from things or lose interest. I have actually done better than I thought, if I didnt have this thread to keep checking in to I probably wouldnt have bothered at all, and just got myself down.
I am trying, really I am, I just sometimes find I have eaten something I shouldnt have without even thinking about it:o

sorry i havent posted over the weekend but ive been really busy with the kids and stuff, you know what its like sometimes lol
well this is my first week of ever doin sw and this mornin i had my first weigh in
omg ive lost 5lb :eek:
i am sooooooo chuffed and i wouldnt have done it without all your help and advice so to you all a huge thank you
