No worries - i am just happy for some help. It is most appreciated. I think Egg have got the hump with me anyway as i am in the process of reclaiming £4666.63 back from my top up loan which they have agreed to pay but i am fighting for the interest as well. This was definetly a mis sell as they said i could not have the loan without it.
I wanted to make sure they don't have any additional money of mine from my first loan.

don't ever think that - these businesses have thrived on the fact that people trust them to be fair an honest !!!
Yes Tiggrae we agree with you hun.;)
We were all taken advantage of in this issue, its not the fact of being stupid here, we were all sucked in by their sweet talk of those so called benefits and we have now learnt from this- is never to be sucked in again.;)

Yes I did as I asked about a few before I sent in the forms and they said store cards were the only ones they couldn't take on. But it sounds like people might have been given conflicting advise?0 -
This was printed in the below link 2 days ago, this may be an interest for you Pinknico.;) (GE Money lending).

Are the FOS stating they cannot look at this complaint by any chance?

It amazes me that GE are still continuing to muck people around when they have been fined again!0
