:mad::mad: Nothing to report from FOS re FP - Credit card charges are moving quicker - rec'd a letter yesterday from FOS Monument going to pay back ALL charges £656 + interest, nearly clears debt on card, so we are happy:j We only have FP left - going to send an email to them today asking AGAIN how our case is going!! We can only but try!!!

I think there was a hold up with Barclays First Plus claims some months ago and as i understood it was now sorted but looks like it may have left a back log. We can only but wait....:mad:

I can't understand why BFP haven't been fined/ taken to task re mis-selling - if you read (or scan) the FSA's guide to TCM (treating customers fairly) surely they have broken some fundamental rules? And if you type in 'complaints re BFP' into Google there seems to be so many, I just can't get my head around the fact that they are allowed to get away with it!!!!:mad:

Do you think the FOS after looking into their paper on
publishing complaint data about named financial businesses – ombudsman sets out next steps

will actually name companies, it does look as if they will - this will be interesting - I haven't looked at it all, it's a bit long winded, and I don't know when it will actually publish these statistics????
