  • Hi folks, got a call today from FOS today following my letter for fast track. The adjudicator called to inform me that they are looking into my complaint with Welcome Finance. It's a start, don't know how long it will take but I feel much better knowing that they are on the case FINALLY.......

Will look out for pinknico for this hun but now I am wondering if this will be the same for my son then ?

He was a uni student, well just before he started uni after finishing his A levels in the 6th form, and while looking for a prom suit, he went into Burtons and was sucked into buying a burtons store card with added ppi  , this would not have covered him being a student or not working then !!!
He has paid them off now, in fact last month was his last payment, just have not had the chance to deal with his claim yet, but the statement are those of GE Capital bank !!!

If its PPI he's claiming and he can prove he was a student at time of sale then there shouldn't be a problem. Have heard of other people being done by Ge Capital who were students and succesfully claimed.
