If its PPI he's claiming and he can prove he was a student at time of sale then there shouldn't be a problem. Have heard of other people being done by Ge Capital who were students and succesfully claimed.

Thanks sweetie, your a real star. ;) , I did worry a bit earlier about this after your bad unfortunate news with yours hun, but we are all with you over 100% to get through this, and if its the court route hun, you will also get that good advice here too, as you know Tiggrae is really up on these issues.
    Thanks hunni.
    Di.

well i hope they do the sooner the better they cant get away with this though i was just so stupid to of fell for the ppi but if we all fell for it they had to be good at fooling us

You will get there hun, even though ours ended up with the FOS I was just so relieved to get this case over and done with, in fact I was that angry I could not help but email the company which was Nemo at the time, they have now blocked me from doing this.......:o , but I don't care anymore !

We get ripped off big time by these companies and I do often wonder if these staff would actually take ppi out for themselves if they were to get a loan, I doubt it very much - they know how stupidly costly these are......

Sue you need to do what some of us have already done. You need to send copies of your complaints and info to the OFT, FSA and FOS. Even though they can not do anything these things are noted and the more people that do it the more likely of fines for firms acting out of sorts. I sent info off to everywhere including channel 4 news and also watchdog. I was mad and did not want them to win.

Just make your own complaints and ask them to note this down. Thats what i did.
