    Have to keep dashing between trying to get ironing done and finishing painting as well. :D

    I'm still waiting for the post, not seen him or her yet though, we have different ones all the time.......:rolleyes: .
    I know the FOS guy did say on the phone 2 days ago a letter was sent out with his details, but from them I know it will take a few days.

    it's not a final response if you write back refusing their offer - all the FOS will do is say FP have made and offer you have to say whether you're accepting or rejecting it. If FP then say they're unwilling to up the offer - this then becomes their final response. I have the same thing with a client - the FOS won't look at it whilst there's an offer open on the table !!

    Oh right, Sue posted ealier that it stated in their letter to her that it was their final response.:confused:

    here is what she posted

    hiya after reading the reply we got from f/plus is does actually say it is the final response do you think it is worth sending them another letter

    right thank you have wrote a letter stating we are not happy with the offer as we would still be paying the ppi and no cover just read that we pay £132 a month for it and have paid 26 months so thats £3432 is that right and the have offered us £7632 the ppi is £16 775
