    Hi Sue
They always deny mis selling hunni, and they always state we answered all the questions and so on, this is basic.
Now if you believe you have grounds for your being mis sold, you need to fight this out hun, as you know there are many reasons of why this was the case, so do not leave it there.;)

Have you checked out the mis selling list on this site hun on here?

Don't let them get away with it.;)

hi sue before going to the fos you need to write back to FP and tell them their offer is unacceptable and see what they come back with (I've responded to your PM so look at that as well - but basically you'll be paying £63 a month for the remainder of the loan for a PPI which has been cancelled - doesn't seem reasonable to me) but the FOS won't look at anything until you've received a final response from FP

Write back to them again if this is not the final response.
I'm sure I did read you already received this.

If so I would fill in the complaints form (FOS) below link, and add any any correspondence you have in copies, because if this was their final response, you can also add a copy of that letter too.
Now if you still want a cover to cover this which in my opinion I would do but try for a much cheaper stand alone option, I will add what we have on this site hun,
    Fos form on here

as anyone actually ever got there 5 yr rebate back from any of these ppi ie if you dont make a claim you get a lump sum back
sue you only get the actual policy back and not all the interest you have paid as well that they kindly forget to tell you about. Also they often forget to mention that the policy only lasts 5 years and then your loan is not covered but you are still paying for the policy beyond.

Sue has already had a final response she said earlier.

Sue said earlier that she had read the letter again and it was their final response so she now needs to make the complaint to the FOS.
