hiya dazman, send another letter disagreeing with them this time and then ask for their final response. You need this to take the complaint to the FOS.

(that is if none of them actually say final response now!!!)

Your endeavour one will be there. I have not checked the royal mail one about the settlement of the loan complaint but i will tomorrow. Just a little busy for now but will check and get back to you.

And do it now. Don't leave it or get in a faff again. These responses are to be expected but it does not put us off.

none of the c.c. charges needed the fos as for the ppi letters the egg one may say final not 100% but the tsb just said that they have investigated it and feel that they can not pursue my claim and that i now have 6 months to continue my claim or they will close it they both mention the fos ?

Both have to have the words final response in. What exactly does the egg one say??
