Sorry if I have done this wrongly - my first post

I sent template letters to Lombard going back to October 2007 - Got a letter back saying sorry you dont have a case, sent second letter in Nov and got the same response, I then sent all the paperwork to the FO who sent me regular letters saying due to the amount of cases thay had to deal with then my case was in a queue. I got the last letter from them at the end of June saying they still have the case in the queue and will let me know when it has been assigned to a case worker. I have phone twice since then just to be told the same thing!!! Is anyone else experiencing the same dealy??
hi there - when did you take out the loan / ppi

I think they're having a laugh !!! -You've paid about £1700 to date the want to rebate you £7k which means you'll still be paying £8k for a policy which has been cancelled

Thanks for this Tiggrae, I thought that too but wanted you to confirm this, cheers.;)
I'm sure they will come back and check the postings later.

Yeah you can ring them and ask for a complaints form and they will pre fill bits for you and also give you a complaint number for ref.

Have you seen the bit about the amounts reduced on the loan for the extra??? TOld them not to accept for definate and maybe just another letter (as this was 2006) might just do the trick here.

take your complaints to the financial ombudsman - but you'll unfortunately have to join a queue - alternatively start proceedings within the county court
