My first complaint though about the mis selling against Endeavour, I must be honest, it was a matter of just weeks of the letter to confirm they had received it, then I think the next one was that of they could not pass this on for this to get looked at due to the fact these were not covered then , but if I had to wait many months for this then if this had happened I would have be tamping.......:mad:

I must admit i did not wait that long but it was just disheartening to be passed to one one day and told on ya bike the next. :mad:

Its making me wonder now about this existing one...about the unfair rebate :rolleyes: , that one is not confirmed as received yet on the royal mail website but the copy of the complaint form sent to Endeavour has been confirmed as delivered.:D

I will soon find out I suppose, oh and I had sent the FOS a copy of the letter they sent me to say they may be able to look at it.;)
Whether that will also help I don't know.....

next on the agenda is my ppi ive recieved letters back from both egg and tsb saying that i had terms and conditions and signed what should be my next move ? hheellpp

Di, i had a confirmation of the complaint received ages ago and then another letter to say my comments had been noted. Nothing else since but i have reference for it. Your endeavour one will be there. I have not checked the royal mail one about the settlement of the loan complaint but i will tomorrow. Just a little busy for now but will check and get back to you.

Terms and conditions mean nothing hun, now was this their final response or have they give you a chance to write back with further information ?
Have they mentioned the financial ombudsman service at this stage yet then?;)
