as for the ppi letters the egg one may say final not 100% but the tsb just said that they have investigated it and feel that they can not pursue my claim and that i now have 6 months to continue my claim or they will close it they both mention the fos ?
Lloyds TSB are not the easiest to battle with - I know between and hubby we have 3 complaints with the FOS about these now.
But with these, get that complaint form done (FOS), and double check on the egg just in case hunni.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Just checked my co-op final and it states the FOS and six months so TSB i think now is a final.
When i spoke to the FOS about Barclays Firstplus they asked me to read the letter to them and wanted to make sure it was a final0 -
Marshallka
It came to mind earlier about the FSA regulating etc, and if you remember we were chatting about this before about all mis sold ppi's should be looked at no matter when this was sold, something like that.
And wasn't it something to do with "wider implications" ??:rolleyes:The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
sorry not sure exactly what they both say as i have left them at work sorry
will bring them home tommorrow and let you know exactly what they say unless you guys are on in the day too ?

The worry here is that now First Plus has closed its doors to new business, it has no reputation to protect as the brand is finished, thus it wouldn’t suffer much by hugely hiking rates for existing customers. My hope is this won’t happen, yet just in case here’s a subtle hint to all First Plus customers.
DON’T REFER TO IT AS FIRST PLUS, refer to it as BARCLAYS first plus
After all, Barclays is the parent company and still has a brand to protect, so if people refer to it that way it increases the brand impact of treating its customers poorly.

Dazman, here is the complaint form download from the FOS site for your TSB one as this looks to be a final as Di stated.

I was thinking Marshallka do you think we should let Tiggrae see what she thinks about this one hunni?
If it were me, I would go to the FOS, but then others may have a different view here.
So maybe if Tiggrae called in here hopefully some time today she may be able to guide you here hunni.;)0
