    If it were me, I would go to the FOS, but then others may have a different view here.
    So maybe if Tiggrae called in here hopefully some time today she may be able to guide you here hunni.;)

    Over how many months was the original loan and also what is happening with the loan after and the APR??

    How are they treating this?? Goodwill gesture - misselling???

    Also what is the actual offer. I don't understand as usually they cancel the old loan and then redo a new one??
