Yep agreed there's something quite not right, have you googled into this one at all, just curious to see if anyone else has added anything about FP disputes ??:rolleyes:The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
From Martin Lewis himself on Firstplus
The worry here is that now First Plus has closed its doors to new business, it has no reputation to protect as the brand is finished, thus it wouldn’t suffer much by hugely hiking rates for existing customers. My hope is this won’t happen, yet just in case here’s a subtle hint to all First Plus customers.
DON’T REFER TO IT AS FIRST PLUS, refer to it as BARCLAYS first plus
After all, Barclays is the parent company and still has a brand to protect, so if people refer to it that way it increases the brand impact of treating its customers poorly.

Well I would hun, its been advised, and they are really together, so yep if this was the only way I would defo go for it, infact they mayt deal with this one quicker, with a bit of luck!;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
marshallka wrote: »Sue, you need to post details of the actual loan here to get an idea of whether what they are offering is a rip off. If you put the dates and all the loan, PPI etc someone can look at it for you. There is always the FOS if its not looking a good amount or another letter may do the trick. You have to remember if this was a single premium that you would be paying interest on it for the full term of the loan and not just the 5 year policy.0
