Brilliant news, now your getting the hang of it lol.....:D :j  .

Now you will get addicted to this reclaiming, so when you have sorted all with this one, also check for credit cards in case this ppi was added without you knowing or if you was not eligible and so on, it can just go on and on lol.
Store cards, catalogues and so on.

Well done and we look forward to hearing the outcome of this.:D ;) .
You may even hear way before the 8 week deadline.

My husband has PPI on his capital one credit card which they was sold to him over the phone in 2003 . He was asked for his consent to hear the limited version of terms and conditions (enclosed) whilst on the call, and to receive full details in the post afterwards ( not enclosed) The product was optional and this was made clear.

Can I ask them for proof of the phone call as my husband can't remember a thing! And should they not have got a signature? Or is verbal consent ok?

FSCS confirmed to me today they have no date for Picture defaulting it,s pending:o Also they DON'T investigate claims until they are in default so in for a long wait.

oooooooooooooh compensation as in lots of money ??!!

You can ask for a subject access request which is all the data and phone calls etc. Its cost £10 and it can take up to 40 days but if you want the phone call its worth it.
