Good luck with your letters theClarks. Post them up again and sorry not to have asked if both PPI's were sold by firstplus earlier but just assumed. It will be a bit more work but most likely worth it in the end. I am with you all the way with FIrstplus...
I don't blame you for having an earlier one hun.;)
Have a good night sweetie and will catch you tomorrow.:A
Night hun.

You are doing well hun so don't give up now, I'm sure this one will get sorted and I know how frustrating it can be waiting for the FOS too.
Wonder if you may be eligible for "fast track" with the FOS, just to move them on a bit ?:rolleyes:The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

CAB were useless unfortunately as they just told us to go bankrupt which there is no way I am losing my home with a child to take into consideration!0 -

Give the FOS a call tomorrow, tell them your financially struggling and the stress this has caused both you and your o/h, with a bit of luck they will be able to at least move some of your cases on.;)
Ask them if you could possibly have your all your complaints fast tracked due to this, and what you will need to supply if they did require anything.
Fingers crossed for you.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Right then, the first letter to the broker, you should have no problem with these, when it comes to the rebate though the loan you have now with FP should provide this breakdown as they arranged for this to consolidate to the 2nd loan, so request the breakdown for this from them of that one, and as soon as you got this complaint off for this current one your dealing with right now, crack on with the first one.
Doh, missed your updated bit......and it confused me again :rotfl:
Plan
Post the FirstPlus letter tomorrow to start the ball rolling.
Get the settlement breakdown and agreement number for the first loan from FirstPlus first thing tomorrow.
Post letter to Loans.co.uk
Why do I need the settlement breakdown before posting letters? or is that just to work out a rebate.
Will I need to send the settle breakdown off with one of the letter then?0 -

lol......:rotfl: , you will get the hang of it and have come a long way already lol.
1. Okay now that you have sorted out this letter for the 2nd one then get that one off.
2. Ring loans.co.uk for copy of the agreement or First plus as they should have the breakdown for the 1st one. (I imagine that it would be First plus you would request the details for anyway as the information was passed on to them from loans.co.uk).
3. When you have the details here of the first one (agreement and so), then write a complaint letter to loans.co.uk.
Does that make it a little easier now then hunni ? lol:D :T .
