Not heard nothing yet. I am convinced they are not looking into this one now and that singlep was right..

You have been waiting long enough haven't you hun? , OMG that would really wind me up not knowing...... , and to be honest you have been patient really.....and I am also frustrated for you, I just wish they would get back to you and let you know in either letter/phone call or a quick and simple email even......

You can ask for a subject access request which is all the data and phone calls etc. Its cost £10 and it can take up to 40 days but if you want the phone call its worth it.

With a bit of luck they should provide this but I know with some they did not start recording calls from a certain date, yet if its a bank it may be different.

I received my documents from my bank for the last 6 years, and have spent many times on the phone with them over the years, they did not supply me with any recordings yet it was all in the paperwork, date of calls and what was said etc, so fingers crossed Pinknico they will provide some proof of this phone call for you.;)

I think there is a good chance of phone calls as this was 2003. If not then at least the documents that they say contain the phone call. They have a record so if they are telling the truth then surely they should be able to provide it.

Right, just rang again and have been told the same as yesterday. That someone will be in touch soon. . I said that i needed to know if it was something they could look into and was told that even when something is with an adjudicator a firm can put things in the way and stop the adjudicator so you never really know that. . I then asked again about the fast track and was told it had been noted:confused: . He did say that an email was sent down stairs yesterday about this and I would hear in due course. Still nothing as to whether unfair rebate can be looked into. Singlep could be right on this one. I have not heard anyone yet on this site say (unless the rebate and misselling together) they have won with a complaint for unfair rebate alone.

I will just wait yet again.

OMG that is pathetic.......  , what a waste of time for you..... .

I still think it will be looked at but you need an affirmative answer to know that, and fast track wise I also think they will do this too, but why the same flipping answers as yesterday?, you just need an answer  .
Did you tell them you have been let down waiting for phone calls, where you have been told since last week that someone will ring back and no-one has yet ?

He at first asked me who i spoke to and then said he could see an email had been sent down stairs. I think there is some sort of hold up here as to what can and cannot be dealt with and also what dates are important perhaps. I have sent this in as Barclays this time and not FIrstplus as tiggrae advised. Perhaps there is still a hold up with FIrstplus with the FOS due to something that went on a while back. I don't know.

Something is going on but i have yet to find out??
