Yeah, i thought after. So will you send it in then next week. I don't think you will hear from them now. Its not worth another letter now, just send the forms in and wait for the outcome. You will get your unfair rebate back and also be good if you can get back from Click for misselling as well. Have you done anymore on CLick yet.

I am now having doubts again about my cheque stuck with this company and its doing my head in. Went up to the Tax Office this morning as i thought they were open but closed when we got their.:mad: I hate these rip off companies and will do all i can to stop them ripping people off and this site gives me a place to vent it all and hopefully help others too.

I bet that cheque issue is really stressing you out hun......:mad: , I just hope this reaches you by Tuesday.
Have you a very helpful local MP that can help you also here hun ?

They are not regualted with the Ministry of Justice and i now understand they should be. I thought at first that they would definately pay after the first phone call but now tiggrae has posted that she still feels something dodgy then i have to say, it is. They were very apologetic in that he remembers me cancelling as he said i was the only person that ever had and also all he kept saying was that the cheque for this amount (from them as the HMRC one was made payable to them) would be sent 1st Class. He sounded in a rush as i had stated in my call to them that i had a ref number with trading standards so i assumed he was scared. Maybe he is, buthe then rang back straight away and said that if he sent me a cheque and i had cancelled the one with HMRC that he would be out of pocket by £597.00. I thought about it and yes he would but then again he was probably just checking to see if i had cancelled it before ripping me off. I have now called back twice to ask for this to be paid by direct transfer and heard nothing since and also asked for their claims management number. I want to mention them again on here taxcredits.org.uk as i want people to know when they google them about this. They are also called the Entitlements Claims Agency based in congleton cheshire. Now when people google this firm hopefully my posts on here will tell them a little bit about them. I did it with your "Click Finance Limited" as well and now when you put it into google there is a lot of info about them.;)

Always try to mention the firms full name as it may help others.

Right I see you point hun, you mean click it in and as we have already added a lot of information about these this will automatically come up, so will check that agency of your link out now.

Just been digging again and this company in question is registered to make PPI refunds and also Warm Front grants and also Tax credits and also Debt handling and none of these are registered with the ministry of justice. They had better pay me my money now:mad:

Office of fair trading comes to mind here. God who lets these companies get away with these things.

All the web addresses are .org.uk and these address's were at one time meant for non profit organisations.

I wondered if someone can help. I have had a number of loans over the last few years from lloydds TSB I believe I paid PPI but wasn't aware. The problem is I do not have the paperwork for the loans so do not know the policy numbers or the figures am I still able to claim and if so how. Thanks x

Hi, you can get copy agreement no prob. Just write a letter to the company and ask for all copies of the loan agreements that you had with them. Send this recorded delivery too as you have proof. You may get charged for this but i think its only about £1 for the agreements. Most do not charge.Also you could request a subject access request from the company. This costs £10 and then you have all the data they hold about you and also any phone calls that you have had with them. This takes up to 40 days for them to comply with under the data protection act. There is a template letter for this on this site. (I will try and find it and post it here). The copy agreements can be sent out straight away usually.

What were the dates of the loans approx??

Hi there

I would write to the Bank head office to what is stated on any of your banking paperwork and request for any agreements, some would request for a SAR (Subject access request) which you would have to pay £10 in cheque or postal order, but I would definately contact them or maybe go into your local branch and request for all your agreements and see if they will provide these free of charge.

Do you know the dates of any of these loans roughly hun by any chance ?
