If it makes you feel better I've been waiting since around Feb / Mar - can't remember exactly. I phoned them after the last "we still haven't assigned your complaint" letter and asked when they would assign. They couldn't tell me. So I asked when the current complaints (that they are working on) were submitted and she said end 2007! EEEK
I WILL beat First Plus one day - I will I will I will!

Maybe we should get in touch with Carol Vorderman, she might lend us the money till our stash comes through lol.

hang on in there!!
when you get an adjudicator its al go go go!!!!!
hope you have got your figures ready so you know how much they owe you!!!
have you tried emailing the FOS every week for an update.

No I haven't pushed them, just get a letter every month saying they haven't been able to assign yet. Don't want to go the hardship route really but might have to. If I send them a copy of my bank statements they will probably all faint!!

Paid £540 for three flights. It's all ATOL covered but they say it takes 12-16 weeks to get money back but in the meantime I need to fork out again for flights because for sure they will all go up now.

Any luck finding a job yet?
