Who and what address was the liquidator??

Perhaps there are lots of business's at that address.

I know these were also Begbies & Traynor, we also had an email from these a while ago to confirm the dissolvation of Click Finance but when we requested for further information they were unable to provide it as they said it was all the way back in 2006 which they do not keep these records for that long.
We also asked if we could reclaim from them by phone and they said "No"....

but this is stated somewhere too

So what you think is the address for CLick Finance Limited on companies house if actually the address of the liquidators. Looks like it could be actually as Bartfield were there and Begbies took over so i think you are right.

There are lots of companies (found 3 already) at that address so maybe somewhere that rents out offices or something. Forget that avenue then..

I do actually have written confirmation here somewhere too from Begbies & traynor, this was about Eloan though, but I do know that Click compliance manager had forwarded that address you added earlier in one of the emails, called Bartfields, he added them as liquidators, this is who we had spoken to who then told us it was then moved to begbies and traynor.;)

Have posted this in the successes thread but am posting here aswell to say thanks for all the help given in this thread.

Confused but happy at the same time...........

I have several complaints with FO since March/April time which are still awaiting allocation. But I got a letter from FO today regarding by PPI on HBOS loan which was sent at the beginning of August!
Anyway I have been offered the following -

Refund the balance of your ppi premiums plus interest back to your loan.
Arrange a new loan for the remaining outstanding debt,without insurance,over the remaining term using the same APR.
Refund any overpayments,equivalent to the ppi element plus interest charged each month to you directly.
Pay credit interest at 8% simple.

I'm still paying the loan and it is unfortunately with debt collectors but it still means my debt will be getting reduced (don't know by how much as yet tho).

So success at debt reduction if not cash in hand - thanks to all for the help and fingers crossed for the other claims!

Thanks hun, was this on companies house ?

I remember coming across the company reg number but its seems these are the ones you have added that dissolved, I cannot find the reg number on the paperwork I have, lost it somewhere, because I remember adding it a while back.....

Opened the first link no prb but the 2nd states error cannot open.
