Hi there busbyh.;)
This form will probably take a week or so to get to you, but because there seems to be a lot in your position regarding the same company, you are doing the right thing here and have every right to reclaim through these, because if picture an unable to, this is the other and maybe the only option open to you.
Good luck hun.;)

Hi I didn't word it very well, we have received the form today
busbyh
Don't worry hun, your main concern is reclaiming the money you were mis sold for.
I'm sure they will see it this way, but if you have anything to add to them and you think you have left it out by accident you could always email them, I have also sent them email/attachments for them to add to my form.
Do you have the direct email addy details for these ?The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Evening everyone,
Received response from Tesco credit card, after their "investigation" over the last 8 weeks basically saying "get lost", that I had the online application and I ticked yes to PPI, it also states that the policy was sold as a "non-advice" basis. I recieve 2 years sick pay & also 2 years death in service benefit, so I would have no need for a PPI policy, should I write back to them and include these details?Sparky0107 - Sealed pot challenge member #002. Yes write back until you receive your final response, not unless you have already received this, if so have they mentioned that you are now in the position to take this complaint to the Financial ombudsman service ?
If not then yes write another letter and tell them what you have stated above on top of what you have already informed them of in the first letter, and tell them you will not hesitate to take this to the FOS if they do not uphold and refund you at this stage.
As they have already had 8 weeks, on the first letter, this one I would just give them 14 days, some will suggest 28.
Good luck!

Damn, I hate it when I miss calls and have to wait for the following day to get back to them..... .
Right to my knowledge they are quite similar when it comes to finance, but work in different ways.
Did you actually make any contact yourself to the FSA by any chance recently ?
They seem to have your contact number.......:rolleyes:The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

They can easily be confused, FLA sound similar to FSA I suppose.
Did they leave their contact number hun, we can check this out for you if we can, if you do not want to add it on the forums, your welcome to send to me by pm.;)

Thanks di,
The letter states that they are unable to withold my complaint, that they realise that this is not the response that I was loking for, and that I can take my complaint to the FOS, but it does not say it's their final response.Sparky0107 - Sealed pot challenge member #002.
