This is the active Click, here it states the previous name.

I also remember my husband was having a laugh on the phone to the girl/adviser about the "Bear Lane" part of the address, because she was spelling this out to him to make sure he did not write "Bare lane".
yeah and its funny how both had previous names of 1click uk and 1 click and changed on the same dates.

There is a rat here that just needs trapping

  • God - you two (Marshallka/Di3004) have been busy today - I have to say I'm completely lost reading your posts - you would think there is a way of redressing companies like Click or some 'body' that could advise!!!

I have had another email today re FP from FOS- they say that as we havent accepted FP's offer, our case will be sent back to the casework team to await allocation to an adjudicator - I wait & wait & wait -

    Hi all.
We have has a response today from FSCS regarding PPI. On the last email we rcd it stated a file would be set up and we would be hearing from them shortly and if appropriate an application form to complete, regarding mis sold PPI. An application form has been sent today. It has only been 12 days since they received the original letter. Am I being too optimistic in thinking FSCS think we have a case?

Hi hun and good luck with this case then.;) .

Yep its been non-stop and both Marshallka and Tiggrae have been great, this is very complexed and confusing though about Click !!

Even if they were a separate company why on earth do they want to name their company more or less like the dissolved companies, or have they done this on purpose to confuse us consumers...... , it makes me think... .

On the other hand the existing ones now have been active since 2001......

    Hi there busbyh.;)

This form will probably take a week or so to get to you, but because there seems to be a lot in your position regarding the same company, you are doing the right thing here and have every right to reclaim through these, because if picture an unable to, this is the other and maybe the only option open to you.
    Good luck hun.;)

they're sending an application form out to all complainants against picture, until they've been declared in default and your case examined they won't be able to tell until then whether you have a case or not - good luck with the form by the way - I've had to hand write 3 of them so far - they're only about 15 pages long !!!
