email click back and tell them you're going to write to your MP and ask him to ask questions in the Houses of Parliament as to how individuals can continue to open companies and have them go into receivership but still be granted credit licences by the Office of Fair Trading to operate.
I think MR "T" was saying that this click now has always been trading and was not a phoenix firm of the other click. Is that how you read it. They are a large group. How can you prove this phoenix thing and if the other click has dissolved and this is a new firm then surely they can be had on the fact that they have similar names cause if CLick Finance Ltd and Click Financial Limited are not that similar then i will be damned. (although probably damned already lol).

Email sent to Click with what Tiggrae suggested.;)
Now to write to the MP.

When we first complained back a few months ago, we sent to the address we had on our documents, and it was him who confirmed this, so to me this is the same Click, Same addy but different reg company number.......
And also when he first received our complaint reclaim letter, he said he would investigate it, then came back a fortnight after to confirm that Click had dissolved in 2006, how would he know so much ??

Yeah but Di, is he saying this Click that you are writing to is not a new firm, rather a trading firm from years ago before the old Click dissolved??? He says that doesn't he in this letter.

Regulated Financial Services Authority 311877 14/01/2005 This is Click Financial Services.

I have noted your comments about Click Financial Ltd being a phoenix company and would respectfully point out that you are mistaken in this assumption. The company was actually incorporated before Click Finance Ltd and has always traded in its own right.

They are obviously not a new firm as they were regualted by the FSA in 2005??:confused::confused:

They have just dissolved one company that was within their group maybe ??

Yes hun I know, its confusing isnt it and yes he is trying to say they were nothing to do with the other Click, yet they have the same name with many groups, but if they dissolved the one group surely this would be something to do with them..... .

    Click Finance
    Victoria House
    23-27 South Street
    Farnham
    Surrey
    GU9 7QU

Also have 1Click loan ltd (same addy)

The actual hard copy letter when this was confirmed by the NOW Click also states the previous company as Click Financial Ltd.

Will dig up more as I come across them.

I am viewing this i click loans limited which apprarently was the previous trading name of Click finance Limited now dissolved.

I cannot find the terms and condition etc on this page yet

    http://www.1clickloans.net/index.html

If these were previous trading name of CLick Finance Limited then why are they still advertising is Click Finance is dissolved.(although 1click does not have "limited" now)

Different addy for Click Finance Limited here

    CLICK FINANCE LIMITED
    BURLEY HOUSE
    12 CLARENDON ROAD
    LEEDS
    YORKSHIRE
    LS2 9NF

This is from companies house and this is the dissolved one. ALso if you put this postcode in the FSA Register it comes up with nothing.
