I was advised to re-post this message in this thread. I hope I have got it right.
I have been reading up on PPI reclaiming, but un-sure if I am eligible to go ahead with it.
I originally had a loan with Tesco, with insurance, I then moved the loan to Lloyds TSB and paid the original tesco loan off.
I am sure, but will need to check but I think my new Lloyds loan has insurance.
My question is, can I try and claim the insurance back from both the tesco and the lloyds loan?!?
I would appreciate any help or hints that anyone would like to share with me.

Di, did you contact the liquidators about Click and what reply did you get??0

to be honest I'm not surprised by anything they said, they are / were separate legal enterties and they is no legal obligation to deal with any complaint against a company which is now dissolved, we may believe there is a moral one but we all know that business and morals don't seem to mix well (oil & water). Di can continue to hassle them, (she should ask them how many complaints have been received for mis selling since the business closed and to talk to the media - ie watchdog !!!) but I wouldn't expect them to make any form of redress, but it might embarress them. What she should do is contact the receivers and request information regarding click financial limited's professional indemnity insurers and to place a claim with the companies insurers0
