Thanks Tiggrae & Marshallka
We made contact with the receivers/liquidators within days of being informed of this and they said there was nothing they can do.
We also requested further information on them (receivers) and they got back to say "sorry we no longer have anything on their system about them because this occurred (dissolved) in 2006".The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
This bit is a classic
I am sure that you will appreciate that such an action by management would be unfair on the shareholders of Click Financial Limited and improper.
Yeah right,:mad:0 -

Yep they are one sided, and what about being "unfair to consumers", as there have been others since complaining to Click and getting the same response as I had.....The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
A bit of info here on the link below, and a short right up about "phoenix firms" towards bottom of the page.

Right, they have not acted illegally (although it should be illegal in my eyes) but can you say they acted proper. I notice that HMRC is mentioned a lot here. Perhaps you could inform them to see if they can help. I don't know if they can but they have GIB connections and i bet there is a bit of tooing and froing going on. They have done something wrong here. They know it and the reason why it took so long to reply to you was my guess is they took legal advice before getting back.0 -

email click back and tell them you're going to write to your MP and ask him to ask questions in the Houses of Parliament as to how individuals can continue to open companies and have them go into receivership but still be granted credit licences by the Office of Fair Trading to operate.
Thanks again
I will do that right now.;)
Whether or not they (Click) will respond I do not know.
I will get onto this now then, cheers.:DThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0
