Hi I am back from my jollies
it has taken 11 hours to get home from Cornwall- very tired
opened the post a few mins ago and found that the decision is our complaint has been upheld and they have agreed with our first adjudicator so we have to send the acceptance letter back to FOS to say we agree with their findings so watch this space.
it was a lovely surprise to find it when we came back lets see how long it takes for Nemo to pay now hopefully before christmas
catch up with you all tomorrow

Morning all,
I received my SAR info back from CSL on Saturday, there is no information in the paperwork about the PPI, but it is on the paperwork from halifax cetelem, who told me it is CSL who sold me the policy, do I just carry with my claim against CSL?
My original CCA has the PPI clearly broken down & the figures are all broken down, clearly showing amount of credit & amount of PPI.Sparky0107 - Sealed pot challenge member #002. Total for SPC3 £1,030.57 Total For SPC 4 £2247.00 Total for SPC 5 £2574.62 :T Total for SPC 6 £4552.91:T

Morning all!
Quick question for anyone who knows, if you win a claim and the loan is put back to as if you didn't have PPI who pays back the money to the insurance company so they aren't out of pocket?DS1 12/10/04

Surely the insurance co would have been paid at the point of sale from the loan co/bank - each month with every sale of PPI will be logged and then payment will be made to the insurance co with all documents and spreadsheets with amounts sold that particular month, they will probably have competitions to see who can get the most each month!!! ( I worked in the insurance business!!!!) They probably have insurance on the insurance that they or others sell!!!!:oDEBT free:j0 -

So the company who sell you the insurance have to just write off the money that they advanced to the insurance company on a single premium policy if you win the claim ?
Sorry for being a bit slow I'm just wondering how it works:DDS1 12/10/04

have you read Martin's blog on PPI - I would have a look at that - do you have a claim re PPI?? It all depends on what type of policy, whether it lasts for only five years (the cover) but I will be paying for mine for the lifetime of my loan 30 years!!! So I think they have had quite a lot of interest - don't you!!!???DEBT free:j0
