Hi I am back from my jollies
it has taken 11 hours to get home from Cornwall- very tired

opened the post a few mins ago and found that the decision is our complaint has been upheld and they have agreed with our first adjudicator so we have to send the acceptance letter back to FOS to say we agree with their findings so watch this space.
it was a lovely surprise to find it when we came back lets see how long it takes for Nemo to pay now hopefully before christmas

Keep at them, write another complaint and threaten further action to the financial ombudsman service.

We all get these standard fob off's, so don't back down, keep going and I'm sure something will come of this in your favour.

There is a template on the front page and a list to check what is involved in being mis sold, add whay occurs to you and sent it as soon as possible.

If you need further help/info just shout here hun, one of us will be back to help.;)
