What a joke. I requested a subject access request from the Co-op bank and paid them the £10 to do so. I have today received a letter with a bit of paper attached to it with a list of bank charges since 2002 and nothing else. I thought a full subject access request had to include phone calls, statements, loan documents, ppi etc. I am so annoyed at this bank. I requested copies of agreements and it took them 7 weeks to provide. Now they are denying me my SAR from them too. I will have to write back and also contact the ICO and make a complaint.

I can understand how you feel as I had the same thing with HBOS with my loan.
I too have reported them to ICO.

HELLO ALL, ....... Well, listen to this i received a lettter from teh adjudicator stating that he is now dealing with my case, and if there 's anythng else i would like to add etc, etc, so that was GREAT news to open that letter today, especially when i was about to post a letter to get my case fast tracked. anyhow i decide to give the adjudicator a call just to see when my deadline is for submittingh this info. I went straight to his line, and he picked, really friendly and helpful man, and he told me that he has wrote to BOS/Halifax and has UPHELD my complaint, i was over the moon. He said however he is just waiting for them to come back to him, cos they may say NO we are not having that, and then obviuosly thats a delay etc. theni told him about me conatcting halifax about taking the ppi off, and he said well to be honest they can only do something in the interim, because what they are going to have to do is restructure the whole 2 loans without PPI, and then also refund me for them, plus refund me for the other 3 i paid off early. again i had abig smile on my face, however, dont want to get too Excited until everything is finalised. so today the man calls me back from Halifax, about cancelling the PPI, but i was unable to talk as i was in a meeting, SO GUYS WATCH THIS SPACE!!!!!!

    Sounds good!
How long have you been waiting for an adjudicator?

I actually have both with them. I got the loan ppi paid back to my loan account but not the interest so am querying that and the credit card was a straight forward 'no'.

Yes they should have paid back the interest etc, I expect this will be sorted out and good luck with the Credit Card one.;)

I have a few loan ppi reclaims to do with Lloyds, and the SAR is piled up sky high, its going to take me months to get through it but because I know this was mis sold I am just going to get on with it anyway.;)

Between me and hubby we have 3 credit card ppi complaints in with the FOS at the moment, just waiting for this to be passed over, think it will be a few months yet though before it eventually does.;)

Good luck hunni, keep at them, you will get there in the end.

    Hi hun, that's good news.....at last.:D ;) .

Reading the part "if there is anything else you like to add" on mine with my last case I mentioned about the financial situation and stress this had caused us, they then awarded extra compo on top for this, if this is the same for you hunni, it maybe well worth your while.
At least now its with the Adjudicator, so this is cool.:D ;) .

    Well done !

We have betweem us 2 loans and 5 credit cards complaints with the FO now!

FLA are going to try GE Money for me again if I can get a letter from my GP stating I had and still have an 'uncovered' medical condition.
It's going to cost me £20 for the letter but fingers crossed!

With mine all settled, and the claims won, they sent cheques and I am aware if a policy is still running they reduce the amount owed, but you could always request this back in a cheque payment as far as I know.;)
