PPI Reclaiming discussion Part II

Thank you Di it has given me some hope. I feel so stupid now how they conned us into open up this account as well, just added it up and we have paid £432 over the years to have this advantage account that we never even needed! makes me cross and to think we've only just found out about this PPI reclaim.

If I have been sold PPI but was told that it wouldnt cost me anything/was not informed it would but didnt know to ask at the time has it been mis-sold?
Any help would be really appreciated.

I have seen on this thread where tiggrae has answered this before and said you can claim back as far as six years on a case like yours. I will try to find it out from here and get back to you later.

Thank you hun, its just one of his 6 monthly check ups, so it should all go okay - hopefully.;) .
Its not until 2:30 pm but will need to get ready shortly and leave before 2pm to make sure we find a parking space.;) Cheers hunni and catch you later.

Its a high possibility this has been mis sold.

Please could you add when you had this product - what year, who with etc, we will have an idea where to take it from here then hun.;) Thanks.

It was 2002 bout August time and NatWest.
It was for just over £4000 and my charges are huge now.

You need to make your claim now as this will be statute barred when over 6 years old. What date in August was the sale???

Get the claim letter sent out today if you feel this was missold and send it recorded delivery too.

Ok thanks, ill get the letter out today.
Im not sure of the date as Im at work and my husband deals with my policy.
Im going to have to come off here now before my boss notices but thankyou so so much for all your help.
