And we were pressurized, as it was sorted out so quickly - we were desperate to get our hands on the money (fools!!!) And NO WAY were we told it was optional

I had to go through the FOS for my PPI
single premiums are soooooooo wrong even in the eyes of the FOS.
good luck its worth fighting for it!!!
send a SAR to get all your account details and relevant info

sent letter for refund of charges from my barclaycard 588.00:j
also sent letter for refund of PPI on barclaycard 700.00:j
waiting for goldfish to send SAR pack to me so I can get cracking with that.:cool:
I have been looking at my credit file online and theres afew more credit cards I need to claim back charges from.so busy busy busy

Still no job offer yet. ???

Done my FOS form for Co-op today and going to send tomorrow. Lets hope i get some joy with them.

Yes ring them, nudge them, do a me, it done me harm and I must be fair the FOS were always very good in getting back to me same day.;) .

I know I've already said it hun, but keep us posted, and I can't wait for this one to get done with DAMN NEMO........:mad: .

Are you with Virgin Media by any chance. Ours is terrible today. Got a BIG complaint going on with them at the moment with CISAS.(God i'm a complainer aren't I)

Just uninstalled Virgin Medias pc guard anti virus and installed AVG
