    Hiya Laura.

From my experience 14 days from the days.;)
This may vary from one company to another, but this was mine anyway.

    Good luck.

  • I am trying to get PPI back from FIRSTPLUS but wanted to ask a question about credit cards, as I have/had many - how do I know if I was sold PPI on them? There doesn't seem to be anything on statements (the ones I have looked at) Does that mean I didn't have it?

    thanks

It would show up on your statements as an insurance to pay your balance. Maybe you did not have any like me.
  • That's what I thought - but i cant believe that Barclays x 2 cards, capital One, Monument, Easy Money, laura Ashley, Next didn't apply it to my cards!!!

I don't think we had any applied either. Its sad at a time like this when everyone is getting something back and we are not isn't it.
    ;)
  • I suppose you have to look on the bright side :rotfl:at least we haven't got to fight for that as well - I'm finding it difficult at times to keep track on everything, especially having a full time job + kids!!!

I have just sent my DPA SAR request to Lombard Direct with £10 postal order (to find out whether or not I have been charged for PPI.) They could not tell me over the phone because my accounts have been closed (I have had two loans from them in the past) and have asked for all information they have on me using a template. I know they have 40 days to reply, do they usually take this long?? I have also sent it recorded delivery so they cannot turn around and say they have not had my request.
