Totally understand that, was not the name I wanted, I just wanted to know if you call the fcsc on their general number or a direct line. I email a specific person but would like to ring them in general. I will check my letters for a number.
Yours seem to want a lot of information, maybe yours will be the valid claim that allows them to be declared in default or are they already?. Is this the claim where we had the forms at the same time?
Hope this is all Good News for you. xx

I do have a direct tel number on that letter and hubby has put it down and do you think I can find it ?? MEN !!! lol, sorry not all men.....:o , mine though I think he put it down with all my paperwork earlier and i have boxes of it and then I had put it all away, so it must be amongst all that lol.

I'm sure no matter what number we ring we will eventually get to who we have to speak too, but if you do have the number handy hun I will be very grateful, thank you.;)

Yes we did receive our forms the same time, so whether or not this means they are moving on with this I do not know, because I did think I sent them everything they requested the last time, so maybe its just something that they do require that I did not supply, they said they wanted a copy of the payment protection insurance certificate, so I emailed them to tell them there is no separare certificate but only what was added together on the agreement..... , but then it may have been the figures of the settlement, although they did not make it clear it was that, so this afternoon I have had paperwork everywhere............ , been scanning what I can to the computer and sent these off by email attachment, lets hope that is it because there is absolutely nothing else...... .

Hope you hear from yours soon, to be honest I thought your would have been the one to move on first as its listed isn't it ?;)

My insurance certificate was nothing more than a letter saying the loan had gone through and this letter is your insurance certificate, no end date, no details nothing.
Only number I have is customer sevices/helpline may ring and see what they are up to.
Yes looks like you will beat me lol:T

So I take it you have not heard anything yet then hun ? , I wish they would move on with yours, as its listed on their site you would think by now something would be done.
So they have not requested for anything further from you then ?
Maybe its because they have enough and are actually dealing with Picture anyway.;)

And thank you.;) I do hope this is why they are requesting for further info, fingers crossed to you too.

Its not a lot really but will be happy just to receive what is owed from the rest of the rebate back.;)

  • Hi folks,

Just wanted you to know that I saw an ad in the London metro free newspaper yesterday about FOS recruitment for adjudicators £23,000 & benefits. They must be inundated with complaints why they have to advertise for staff . I hope this is a good sign for us:j

Hi there hunni and thanks for letting us know, I do know the adjudicator I had worked from home too, so I am thinking of Marshallka on this one now......:D , she would be hot at this I know it and I know she will just get on with them too.;)

But I agree they do need more of these, in order to get all our complaints moved on.

No not heard a thing, and as you say Picture is on the list so they must be confident they will be declared in default. But they must be waiting on some information from someone.
I sent everything I had to the FCSC so I hope they dont need anything else.
This claim is for a lot of money and I just want to know if they agree I have been mis sold. They can then take as long as they like to send the money within reason!

  • I have been asked to move my question to this thread.

    Hi
I hope someone can help answer my question.
I have recently tryed to reclaim the ppi on my loan from lloyds under mis selling - my request was rejected.

    Do I have a case????

When i took out loan i worked 16 hrs a week for an employer, had a self employed job and received working tax credit due to being a single parent.
A few months ago i lost my self employed work, but was still in 16 hours a week employment and receiving working tax credit. Losing my main job hit my finances hard. When i tryed to make a claim under my PPI i was told i couldnt as i still work 16 hours a week. So if i cant claim for losing my self employed work, then surely the PPI was not suited to me and it was mis sold???? or do i have this all wrong, please help someone before i lose the plot totally
