    Sorry,

It was addressed to Freedom Finance, Freedom House, Church Street, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 1AX.

I also emailed Iain Farr a copy of it, so he had that from 07.10.08.

But it did have my full return address on the back.

I dont think they would return recorded delivery items without opening first, so they must have been tipped off to watch out for my return address on the back - or am I being paraniod?

I have now posted by email/attachment the rest of what I could find to help the FSCS proceed with its case as they wanted, but at least I suppose they are at least investigating the company.;)
Well I do hope this is the last of it now because it is impossible to post them what I have not got.;)

    Hi hun

I received a letter from the FSCS in today's post again asking for further information, which I thought I already sent them with the application form already, but maybe not.
Hubby tried ringing on their main number as on letter (damn where has he put it now)??? But it was either an engaged tone or no-one answering, but he wanted to make sure he spoke to someone instead of leaving messages.

Well anyway we could not get through, so I emailed the senior claims officer who is the one that generally emails back (female), the first one dealing with it was a guy and now there is a different one again but cannot tell if the name is a male of female lol, as it seems to be a foreign name....:o , they do tend to get back within the hour by email but not today, I do have a feeling though they will tomorrow.

They stated on the letter they needed this info in order to proceed.;)

I don't like to add their names on here, I know you understand that hun, have you heard anything further on yours yet hun ?

Simone,i think there has been a mix up here as they would not know it was from you and also they would be in big trouble for doing this. I would just try once more and also send a copy to GIB as well. Going off for a while now but if you need anything else I will be back on later on.

Totally understand that, was not the name I wanted, I just wanted to know if you call the fcsc on their general number or a direct line. I email a specific person but would like to ring them in general. I will check my letters for a number.
Yours seem to want a lot of information, maybe yours will be the valid claim that allows them to be declared in default or are they already?. Is this the claim where we had the forms at the same time?
Hope this is all Good News for you. xx
