I take it you mean your first reclaim letter ?

They have 8 weeks to respond, so please do not worry just yet.;)

Hopefully someone can confirm the address for you.

Wonder what the postie will bring today - if anything :rolleyes: , nothing exciting I don't expect, and for your own bank/PPI can anyone remember if there is a timescale for the adjudicator here ? Not sure if this is different to other finance companies sort of thing.

I think its only been 3 weeks the adjudicator had since been in contact and am tempted to email, but it may seem that I am rather impatient lol......:o

Did Tiggrae mention something before about timescales on bank complaints or did I mis-read perhaps ??

I know with many other finance firms such as Nemo/Barclays first plus etc its anyone's guess so it may be the same here too, not sure......:rolleyes:

Marshallka, its seems like ages that your FOS received you Co-Op complaint, how long was that one in before you were made aware that your case was being looked yesterday at hun ? It seemed like you have been waiting yonks.......

well i had a laugh when postie came today.

A nice letter from my friends ocean finance offering me their services to raise finance if i need it.

Went straight in the shredder!!!!!!!!!!!!

I must have sent them half a dozen letters telling them i have gone to financial ombudsman with my complaint.

You would think they would have deleted me from their mailing list.

Idiots!!!!!!!!! Can think of much stronger names to call them but dont want banning from this site

i just had a quick look on success board. Its really slowing down now isnt it?

considering how many claims are in with fos - doesnt seem to be moving very quick.

Unless people just stopped reporting their success stories.
