Hey there Di..

Am a bit worried, not heard anything for HFC bank yet. Has anyone got the right address to send the letter? I have a feeling as I haven;t heard anything from them in about 4 weeks I fear I have sent the letter to the wrong address?

I have a question which I need a bit of help answering: I have a loan which has 'Repayment Protection Premium' - is this the same as PPI, can I claim this back or is this different?

Yes, if it covers your payments if you are made redundant, ill and death etc...

Can anyone please confirm that Loans.co.uk is REALLY going into liquidation and cannot therefore pay up PPI reclaims even though FOS have instructed them to ??????

I have just checked the London Gazette as they usually have to advertise in there if they are thinking of it and there is still nothing...

ALso still authorised by the FSA too.
Nothing on companies house either..

Get in touch with the FOS they should tell you where you stand if they instructed the payment.
