We haven't sent the template yet as we thought we had to get the tapes of the phone conversations etc. first.0 -
marshallka wrote: »so if you received nothing at all as a rebate then you paid the whole amount of £7975.80 by the looks of it. NIL refunds for settling early are not acceptable. If you find anything else about rebate at settlement let us know otherwise go for the whole amount back.0

Hi Marshallka (and others) thanks for your reply
The loan was taken out in 2006, it was a top up loan, the original loan started in 2004.
I just want to say that we are not looking for an easy way out and feel daft that we didn't fully understand or read the small print, it's only after swimming in the brown stuff for a while that we realise the policy was not what it seemed to be, for us anyway.

Let me get this right now, Was your loan with Nemo Kazc?
Yes I did suggest a SAR , I'm sure I did, unless of course they could supply anything useful free of charge, and come to think of it the disc I had from Nemo I am sure to what I can recall is that they did supply this to me free of charge and the written breakdown.
I would see if they can also supply this to you free of charge hunni and I know it was my disk that recordings played a big part in my loan/ppi mis selling, although you do have a strong case anyway but if its just the disc ask first if they can supply to you for nothing.
A SAR comes in handy if more further information and documents is required, mine has, but as long as you have a strong case like you have then I'm sure it will all go through okay for you.
Sorry for any confusions caused........:o.
Still let a reclaim letter sent in though hunni.
The disc can always be sent later if needed to and if it goes as far as the FOS stage xxThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
